1. Informational purposes only — not gambling advice

The Site provides MLB game analysis, statistical projections, and picks generated by a rules-based scoring model, for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any outcome, and nothing on the Site constitutes professional betting, financial, or legal advice. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain; past accuracy of any pick or model does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions, including any wagering decisions, you make based on information from the Site. The Site is not a sportsbook, is not affiliated with any sportsbook or betting operator, and does not accept or facilitate wagers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use the Site's information in connection with sports wagering, you're solely responsible for confirming you meet the minimum age and other legal requirements for gambling in your jurisdiction (which may be older than 18) and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal law.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free access and paid passes

Free accounts receive a limited number of picks per day. A Season Pass or Playoff Pass unlocks full access for the stated period, as described on the Pricing page. Passes are sold as a one-time payment for a defined window of access — they are not a recurring subscription and will not auto-renew or auto-charge you again. Payments are processed by Stripe; purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, systematically extract, republish, or resell picks or Site content without our written permission;
• Share a paid account's access with people outside your own use;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable gambling law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all picks, projections, and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data sources (schedules, weather, odds, and similar) come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; we don't guarantee their accuracy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseball AI Tools and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any losses from wagering or other decisions made in reliance on the Site, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
